We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who comes specifically from the legal world — someone who understands legal terminology, law-firm dynamics, and the professional standards of the industry.

This is not a general marketing role.

It is a high-exposure position in a leading law firm, working directly with partners and shaping the firm’s brand, reputation, and communications strategy.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the firm’s marketing and communications strategy
• Manage all digital marketing activities: website, newsletters, blogs, social media, professional content
• Oversee PR activities: relationships with journalists, media outlets, and opinion leaders
• Strengthen, refine, and manage the firm’s legal brand identity
• Analyze campaign performance and create data-driven marketing improvements
• Work with digital tools: Canva, CRM systems, mailing platforms, Google Analytics, online advertising tools

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing / communications
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal organization — non-negotiable
• Strong understanding of legal content, terminology, and professional standards
• Excellent writing skills in English and Hebrew (including legal-marketing content)
• Strong capabilities in digital marketing, campaigns, and content strategy
• High proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Strategic, creative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills
