Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help us build smart, scalable tools that support global partners and drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Develop end-to-end features in a modern tech environment (React + Java)
• Build and improve core product modules like affiliate flows, reward logic, dashboard analytics, and partner management tools
• Work closely with product & founders on business-critical decisions
• Ship clean, scalable, maintainable code fast
• Working with Docker and deployment in Kubernetes environments

What You’ll Need

• At least 2 years of hands-on development experience
• Practical experience with React.js
• Practical experience with Java
• Strong understanding of MySQL
• Ownership mentality- you take ideas and turn them into a working product
• Fast learner who asks the right questions, seeks clarity, and cares about code quality

Nice to Have

• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
• Familiarity with Redux
• Background working on SaaS or B2B platforms
