You will
· Develop and optimize process flows for new and existing products (machines)
· Lead validation and qualification of new technologies by comparing theoretical processes with actual machine performance.
· Engage with customers worldwide to support product development discussions
· Manage key customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships
·Lead the design and execution of experiments and demonstrations
· Perform hands-on manual qualification testing on systems
· Collaborate closely with R&D, Service, and Product Management teams to identify and implement improvements
· Prepare technical reports and data analysis based on customer feedback and activities
· Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives
· Knowledge transfer to local and application engineers
You have
· BSc Degree in Engineering- Must (Material/Chemical engineer – Advantage)
· At least 2 years of experience as process development/application/process engineer– Must
· Proficiency in Excel & PPT- Must
· Fluent English (read, write & talk) – Must
· Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry or fab manufacturing - strong advantage
· Proficiency in DOE methodology (JMP)- Advantage
· Proficiency in Data analysis tools like Matlab /Python - Advantage
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Self-motivation and self-initiation
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Flexibility and adaptivity to work in a changing environment
· Frequent availability and flexibility for traveling abroad - Must
