Procurement Buyer

Silicom is seeking an experienced procurement buyer for strategic and technical management.

Job Description:

• Commercial and logistical management with company's' subcontractors
• Resolving technical and procurement-related issues as needed
• Monitoring and managing inventory of strategic components
• Finding new sources for non-standard parts

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a procurement buyer
• Experience in electronics procurement and subcontractor management
• Strong technical knowledge - a must
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost structures
• High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Experience working in a computerized environment, including proficiency in Excel and MRP systems
