Controller and Financial Reporting Manager

Sade Real Estate, a publicly traded company focused on residential development and construction projects across the United States, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controller and Financial Reporting Manager. This is a key position with full responsibility for financial reporting and cash flow oversight within a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit periodic financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Track the financial performance of U.S. development projects.
• Implement and improve internal financial controls and reporting procedures.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), mandatory.
• Minimum two years experience as a Manager in a leading accounting firm, or equivalent role in a public company, mandatory.
• Proven experience preparing financial statements, mandatory.
• Strong English proficiency, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Excellent command of Excel and financial systems.
• Advantage for experience in real estate development, construction, or U.S. banking and project finance.
