Production Engineer to Startup company in TLV

A rapidly scaling tech startup is looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and build recruitment foundations during an exciting growth phase.

This is a strategic and operational role, ideal for someone passionate about creating structure, scaling teams globally, and driving measurable impact.

In this role you will:

🔸Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions and geographies

🔸Build scalable hiring processes, KPIs, and infrastructure (systems, tools, and workflows)

🔸Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent

🔸Partner closely with leadership on organizational design and hiring priorities

🔸Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters

Requirements:

🔸10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including global recruitment.

🔸Proven track record in scaling teams and managing complex recruitment projects.

🔸Hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.

🔸Mandatory: strong familiarity with recruiting for tech roles (engineering, product, data, etc.)

🔸Experience implementing or optimizing ATS systems and analytics tools.

🔸Data-oriented mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

🔸Experience in team management - an advantage.

🔸Fluent in English.
