Real Estate Investment Analyst

Sade Real Estate, a publicly traded real estate investment and development company active across the United States, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Analyst. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior management, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the performance of a diversified U.S. real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of active real estate investments across multiple asset classes.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial statements and property reports, including operating results, leasing activity, and capital expenditures.
• Conduct ongoing asset level performance tracking, including cash flow analysis, covenant monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Support business plans for existing assets and evaluate operational and financial initiatives to enhance performance.
• Prepare quarterly investor reporting materials and internal performance dashboards.
• Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and data gathering to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with operating partners, lenders, and internal stakeholders to track project progress and resolve issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in real estate investment analysis, asset management, finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.
