Job Description

We're looking for a talented Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us build and maintain robust infrastructure solutions for our diverse client projects. In this role, you'll work with both cloud and on-premises environments, managing deployments, optimizing workflows, and ensuring system reliability.

The ideal candidate will work on projects involving AWS and on-premises infrastructure, with Azure-based authentication systems. You'll be responsible for version management, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation. Experience with video streaming technologies or mapping systems is highly valuable for our current project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and on-premises systems
• Manage Azure-based authentication and identity management solutions
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
• Version control management and release coordination
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
• Collaborate with development teams using React and Node.js technologies
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases
• Support video streaming or mapping infrastructure (when applicable)
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

Requirements

Technical Skills

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Experience managing on-premises infrastructure
• Proficiency with Azure Active Directory and authentication services
• Advanced knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Strong scripting abilities (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Database administration experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server
• Monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience with video streaming infrastructure or CDN management
• Familiarity with mapping services and geographic information systems (GIS)
• Development experience or knowledge in:
• React framework for frontend development
• Node.js for backend services
• RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure certifications
