Head of Human Resources

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our people strategy and HR department. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure Agilite attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a high-performance and values-driven culture.

The Head of HR will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to shape organizational design and scale people processes in a company experiencing exponential growth.

• Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people-related matters.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts, managing both internal recruiters and external headhunting partners.
• Develop and implement the HR strategy for Agilite’s growing U.S.-based team.
• Build and maintain employee experience and retention programs, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, rewards, and compliance processes; implement and optimize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management).
• Establish and manage performance management cycles, succession planning, leadership development, and career frameworks for high-potential employees.
• Manage and mentor the HR team (HR Operations Manager, Recruiter, HR Assistant), and build scalable HR processes that support continued growth well beyond 100 employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR role.
• Native-level English and Hebrew.
• Proven experience scaling HR functions within fast-growing organizations (50–250 employees).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee engagement.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about people, strategy, culture, and organizational growth.
