We’re scaling fast and looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our founding team and be a part of our core. You’ll help shape our backend architecture and product, directly influence the company’s technical direction, and have the opportunity to grow into more senior roles as we expand. The systems you build will power mission-critical deployments for enterprises worldwide and impact millions of lives.

You will build true cutting edge AI from your very first line of code.

✅ You are:

• Someone we would love to have beer with (or whatever you drink), with sense of ownership, "burn all bridges" approach

• 6-8 years of hands-on, real-world Python experience with distributed systems

• Experience in demanding, high-pressure environments like startups

• Experienced in code reviews and inner-team mentorship

• Experience building or integrating AI agents for automation and reasoning

• Hands-on exposure to computer vision pipelines, including video streaming and real-time analysis

• Familiarity with vision-language models (VLMs) and multimodal systems

• Expert in FastAPI, microservices, async service development

• Solid with Pydantic, Peewee, PostgreSQL / SQLite

• Developed and shipped scalable backend systems

• Strong in multithreading, multiprocessing, and IPC

• Experience working and collaborating in teams

• Familiar with startup methodology and delivering under fast-paced conditions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
