Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join a dynamic,

project-driven company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

financial management, with proven experience in budget control, financial reporting,

and project cost analysis. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial oversight

across multiple complex projects, supporting strategic decision-making, and

maintaining financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual

financial statements

 Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes

 Monitor and analyze financial performance, including project profitability and

variance analysis

 Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures

 Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory

authorities

 Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for ongoing

project execution

 Provide strategic financial input to senior management to support business

growth

 Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications:

 CPA

 Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Controller, preferably in a project-

based or construction/infrastructure company

 Strong understanding of project accounting and cost control

 Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Priority)

 Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools – an advantage

 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

 Fluent in English (written and spoken)
