We’re looking for a Claims Representative to take ownership of the full claims handling process for our private insurance clients. This is a key role that ensures our clients receive professional, end-to-end support during critical moments.

What will you do?

• Manage and execute claims processes for life and health insurance
• Collect and review necessary documentation
• Liaise with all insurance companies to coordinate claims
• Provide ongoing updates and professional support to clients
• Track claim progress through to resolution

What should you bring?

• At least 2 years of experience in private insurance claims or operations (non-elementary) – required
• Proficiency in digital systems and Microsoft Office – required
• Experience with Bafi system – advantage
• Prior experience in private insurance operations – significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree – advantage
• High service orientation, reliability, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
