DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on DevOps Engineer to join us as the lead and sole DevOps function in the company. In this high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of all DevOps-related aspects of our infrastructure and drive them end-to-end.

You’ll be responsible for building, implementing, and scaling our CI/CD systems while driving initiatives that enhance R&D productivity and reduce lead times. As the sole DevOps owner, you’ll play a critical role in defining and embedding DevOps best practices, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across all environments.

Your scope will span from networking to infrastructure, security, and compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with full visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize our GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipeline, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve developer experience and delivery speed.
• Manage containerized production environments across AWS and GCP, including services such as RabbitMQ, MongoDB Atlas, and Redis.
• Develop and maintain monitoring capabilities, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and best practices in DevOps and infrastructure management.
• Manage SIEM servers and other lab environments (e.g., IBM QRadar, Splunk ES, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support to R&D teams for non-production lab infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in SaaS environments with containerized applications.
• 1+ years of experience working with Linux.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Datadog) – advantage.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and proactive, with a can-do attitude and full ownership mindset.
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry – advantage.
