Integration Technician / Service Engineer

We are building a personalized AI-based robot you can mentor!

Mentee’s goal is to fully integrate robotics, sensing, and AI into a humanoid robot with human-like dexterity and perception, and sufficient reasoning capabilities to execute a diverse array of tasks and continuously adapt and learn new ones. As part of the AI cycle, large language models (LLMs) are tightly integrated translating natural language commands into internal action models that are grounded in a 3D cognitive map of the world.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assemblies
• Cable harness making
• Wiring
• Full assembly integration for Humanoid robots
• Work with all the company departments
• Soldering wires and components to PCBs
• Maintenance and problem solving
• Work with a variety of tools and work methods

Requirements:

• Education / Qualification - Mechanical Engineer/Mechatronics Engineer/Mechanical Technician/ Electronics Technician with a focus on Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years minimum of Strong hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and understanding of mechanical components and mechanisms
• Experience with prototype assembly and testing
• Proficiency in electronics assembly, including soldering and wiring skills
• Understanding of robotic systems integration, including how mechanical, electrical, and control systems work together
• Basic knowledge of sensors, actuators, and control systems commonly used in robotics
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions Experience:
• Previous experience working with robotics systems, particularly humanoid or complex multi-joint robots
• Demonstrated track record of successful hardware integration projects
