Cobol Programmer

We are looking for a technological expert in Mainframe environments (COBOL, DB2, CICS) with proven experience in managing employees and leading technical teams.

The role includes leading technological maturity processes, full responsibility for the team’s operations, guiding and empowering team members, and working closely with multiple business and technological interfaces.

This position requires a broad and integrative perspective, responsibility for integrating new technologies into core systems, and working in accordance with Agile methodology.

Additionally, the role involves a deep understanding of banking systems and familiarity with the organization’s future TO BE architecture.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of managerial experience leading employees and technical teams
• Proven hands-on experience with Mainframe technologies: COBOL, DB2, CICS
• Strong ability to work across multiple business and technological interfaces
• Broad system-wide vision and strong integration capabilities
• Experience working in Agile environments
