We are a leading mobile/gaming company (based in Central Israel) looking for a highly analytical, results-driven Mobile Performance Marketing Manager/Specialist to join our team in a unique structure: Part-Time (50%) with maximum flexibility and a Hybrid/Remote-First work model.

The Unique Model & Flexibility:- Scope: Part-Time (50% position) – approximately 20 hours per week.
- Maximum Flexibility: We offer a highly flexible and remote-first work model. You will have significant autonomy over your working hours and days.
- Hybrid Requirement: The role is predominantly remote (Work From Home) with an expectation to join the team in our Central Israel office 1-2 times per month for key strategy meetings and team alignment.
- High-Scale UA Management: Take full ownership of planning and executing global User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for our mobile apps/games, maintaining a focus on exceptionally high budgets (High-Scale performance).
- Social Platform Mastery: Lead advanced campaign management and optimization across core social media platforms, primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, including creative iteration and testing.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis using attribution platforms (AppsFlyer/Adjust) to identify performance levers, optimize campaigns, and ensure aggressive ROI/ROAS targets are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative, Data, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- 3+ Years of Hands-On Experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition, with a strong emphasis on Mobile Apps or Gaming.
- Essential Experience managing and scaling VERY HIGH BUDGET SPENDS (High Scale is a must-have).
- Deep Expertise in running and optimizing performance campaigns on Social Media Platforms (Meta, TikTok).
- Exceptional Analytical Acumen: Fluency in mobile measurement (LTV, ROAS, CPI) and hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust).
- High Level of Independence and Accountability: Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills, crucial for success in a part-time/remote environment.
