RF Algorithm Development Engineer

A leading defense company in the Central region is seeking an RF Algorithm Development Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop RF communication algorithms for airborne, spaceborne, and ground systems — including phase array processing, frequency and timing synchronization, and error correction.
• Convert MATLAB designs into RTL for implementation using programmable devices (FPGA) or embedded modules.
• Integrate with SDRs, PAs, LNAs, and ground stations to achieve end-to-end communication solutions.
• Perform system verification and validation in the lab, including design documentation and test reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, write technical specifications, support system integration, and define hardware–software interfaces.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communication algorithm development
• Strong knowledge of modulation methods and communication protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with partners, clients, and suppliers
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)

Advantages:

• Experience implementing algorithms on FPGA platforms
• Familiarity with DVBS2 and CCSDS communication protocols
• Knowledge of common communication interfaces (RS232, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, etc.)
• Experience with embedded processors within FPGAs (MicroBlaze, NIOS, RISC-V, ARM)
• Experience programming in C or embedded environments
