About The Role

We are hiring a Data Science Team Lead to oversee advanced ML model development and deployment for our platform. You will guide a skilled team of Data Scientists, working with diverse, dynamic data to build adaptive models. Utilize expertise in ML, NLP, anomaly detection, and time-series analysis to address complex, large-scale security problems effectively.

In This Role You Will Be

• Leading and mentoring a team of Data Scientists while delivering technical expertise, offering support, and encouraging innovation and excellence.
• Leading a high-impact team at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity, shaping the future of API security.
• Developing, constructing, and implementing comprehensive ML solutions, spanning ideation, data analysis, and deployment for production-level applications.
• Creating models for anomaly detection and time-series analysis to identify patterns within extensive data streams effectively.
• Applying NLP techniques to derive valuable insights from both unstructured and semi-structured data.
• Collaborating across teams, including engineering and product, to transform data insights into meaningful and effective feature developments.
• Managing model lifecycle processes, including experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing online learning for optimal performance and adaptability.
• Promoting best practices in MLOps, experimentation tracking, and scalable ML delivery
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles, with at least 2+ years leading a technical team.
• Have experience in building and deploying ML models from scratch to production.
• Have experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence and API Ecosystem.
• Demonstrate solid foundation in statistical modeling, anomaly detection, and time-series analysis.
• Demonstrate expertise handling extensive, rapid, and diverse data sets, including structured, unstructured, and streaming formats effectively.
• Demonstrate expertise in Python and widely-used ML/NLP libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, spaCy, Hugging Face).
• Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and collaborate effectively with professionals from various fields.
• Have experience with online learning and adaptive models in production environments.
