DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team and shape the foundation of our high-scale, cloud-native systems. You’ll be the person behind the pipelines, automations, and scalable environments that make our products fast, reliable, and unstoppable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure across GCP environments
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Define and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production systems on Kubernetes (GKE & Helm – advantage)
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions with Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
• Manage networking setups including DNS, load balancing, CDN, and VPN connections
• Ensure security best practices and high standards across cloud infrastructure (Wiz - advantage)
• Knowledge and experience in high availability solutions and implementation.
• Basic understanding of Cloud infrastructure economics and billing.
• Collaborate with backend developers and architects to ensure high availability and performance
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment speed
• Investigate and solve complex production issues in real time

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer and/or DevOps Engineer
• Expert in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – must
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
• Proven hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code principles
• Deep understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, CDN, VPN, etc.)
• Strong experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex, high-scale production environments
• Independent, proactive, and a natural self-learner — and yes, super fun to work with 😉
• Experience working with SQL environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Big Advantage:
• 2+ years of backend development experience
• Experience with Kafka or Redis
• Experience in working as a DevOps at small startups
