People Operations Manager

We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to own the backbone of our People function - managing our systems, processes, and data while supporting our growing team and leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Manage HiBob - configuration, automation, reporting, and optimization.
• Maintain clean, accurate people data and deliver insights that drive decisions.
• Support managers through performance reviews, onboarding, and people processes.
• Design and refine scalable workflows across the employee lifecycle.
• Track and analyze key people metrics (headcount, retention, engagement).
• Partner cross-functionally with different stakeholders in the company to align systems and policies.
  
  

• 4+ years in People Operations, HRBP, or similar roles in a startup - MUST
• Hands-on experience managing HiBob (or a comparable HRIS).
• Strong data and process mindset — you care about accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with managers at all levels.
• Fluent in English - must
