Cyber Security Engineering Group Manager - JB-533

At PwC Next, we help organizations transform through modern technology, driving innovation, growth, and measurable business outcomes while mostly leveraging AI and Cloud technologies.

We are now looking to further expand our cyber security engineering business and seeking an experienced Security Engineering Group Manager. The group manager will lead a team of highly talented security engineers and architects in different cyber security domains including (but not limited to): cloud security, application security, identity and access management, security monitoring, detection and response and more.

We are looking for an expert with leadership skills, You will be the focal point across the company for everything related to the above domains and support PwC’s transformation into leadership in the cyber security domain.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary security engineering teams
• Engage with cyber security leaders across all domains in Israel and WW
• Assist organizations with securing their public cloud infrastructure and AI applications
• Conduct risk assessments for different cutting edge public cloud environments across customers in different sectors
• Conduct benchmarking for newly introduced cyber security products in different categories
• Develop cyber security assessments and controls implementation methodologies and best practices
• Partner closely with our customers’ engineering, DevOps, and IT teams
• Serve as a senior advisor to PwC’s leadership

What we’re looking for:

• At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity
• At least 3 years in managing cyber security teams
• Experience in customer engagements such as cyber security risk assessments, audits and cyber security consulting
• Knowledgeable of cyber security and information technologies concepts
• Proficiency on AWS/GCP/Azure security controls and architecture
• Deep understanding of Cloud SecOps and Architecture
• Experience in working with DevOps teams
• Intimate knowledge of infrastructure security including networking, databases and systems
• Leadership skills, self-management
• Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• IDF Security clearance or availability for gaining clearance
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
