We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead, In-App Monetization to lead our in-app team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, particularly from the sell-side (SSP) perspective. You will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with app developers and publishers. This role requires a strategic leader who can not only meet but exceed aggressive revenue targets while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers and business development professionals focused on in-app monetization.
• Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met.
• Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
• Revenue Growth and Strategy:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new app publishers and expand revenue from existing partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key partnerships with top-tier app developers.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence the product roadmap to meet publisher needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as a senior point of contact for key publisher relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate and close complex deals with app owners and publishers.
• Analyze performance data to provide strategic recommendations to publishers, helping them optimize their monetization strategies.
• Market Expertise:
• Maintain a strong understanding of the mobile ad tech landscape, including market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., header bidding, programmatic direct).
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in ad tech, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Mandatory: Proven experience in an SSP or ad network, specifically focused on in-app monetization.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding high revenue targets.
• Strong existing network of relationships with app developers, publishers, and key decision-makers.
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, including SSP mechanics, ad exchanges, and monetization strategies for mobile apps.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
