DevOps Team Lead

As a DevOps Team Lead, you will aim high, embrace challenges, and always do what’s right - acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company's technical direction and long-term decision-making.

You’ll be working in the DevOps team, helping us build and maintain our CI/CD platform (and all tertiary services) used by the global Engineering departments.

The role is dynamic and varied - from helping engineering teams deliver features reliably, to designing and implementing new DevOps tools and techniques. Our team is proactive and deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle.

We are a fast-moving team within a growing Security Cloud-Native Application Protection company, supporting engineers in the day-to-day delivery of high-quality products.

We use a modern DevOps tech stack including Jenkins, Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, TAS), BitBucket, GitHub, Python, Terraform, and follow GitOps and Agile best practices

Responsibilities:

• Solving problems using code (configuration, infrastructure, tooling, and automation)
• Collaborating with feature teams to design effective release processes.
• Contributing to architectural designs and their infrastructure interactions
• Reviewing code and participating in knowledge sharing to ensure high-quality standard

Recruitments:

• At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps or GitOps Team Lead role with a strong passion for solving technical problems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong Terraform experience and ability to resolve common infrastructure issues.
• In-depth knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for building resilient systems.
• A holistic view of application delivery, including APM, monitoring, logging, alerting, and scaling.
• Experience with AWS and building scalable, global systems.
• A flexible and agile mindset to adapt to evolving tools and process
