Maintenance Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry | GMP Environment

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead technical operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company operating under GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a professional maintenance team
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Drive technical projects and system upgrades
• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory manufacturing standards (GMP)

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries (GMP environment)
• Strong knowledge of water systems, sterilization, HVAC, and validation processes
• Proven ability to lead processes and drive performance improvements
• Excellent technical English skills
