Position: Israeli Lawyer

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $130–$180/hour

Location: Israel (Remote)

Duration: Project-based, expected 2–3 weeks

Commitment: Part-time, 10–40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents following project guidelines
• Ensure all compiled materials are accurate, complete, and clearly documented
• Follow structured documentation processes to meet strict quality standards
• Verify sources to confirm all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and consistently meet deadlines

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong experience of active practicing experience in Israel focusing on litigation or corporate/transactional law
• Familiarity with Israeli legal and regulatory document sources
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to structured documentation protocols
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight project deadlines
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under time constraints
