So, what’s the role all about?

The Director, Legal M&A and Strategic Projects will provide legal support and leadership in strategic corporate development initiatives, and act as a core member in various legal and cross-company projects.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead the Legal support on strategic M&A transactions and other corporate development initiatives, through the process, including PMI
• Act as a key member in various projects supporting NiCE Legal, global functions and other cross-company initiatives
• Manage the legal interface and work closely with internal and external cross-function and cross-discipline teams on strategic initiatives, including outside counsel, Corporate Development, Finance, HR, Compliance, Operations and Sales.
• Reporting directly to NiCE’s General Counsel
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• 9+ years’ experience
• Significant proven track record in leading the legal work on M&A transactions
• Hands-on, diligent, and solution-oriented
• Independent, with a proactive, can-do mindset
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Great communication skills
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
• Team player
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high intensity, and uncertain environment
• Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• LL.B from a top university
• In-house experience in a U.S. or dual-traded technology company – a significant advantage
• Managerial experience, MBA - an advantage
