Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Tech Recruitment team!

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: define job requirements with managers, post job ads, conduct phone and in-person interviews, negotiate offers, and prepare contracts
• Partner closely with hiring managers in tech and corporate divisions
• Proactively source candidates across platforms, maintain pipelines, and build long-term relationships
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve recruitment processes, professionalism, and innovation

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience — required
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and ability to manage multiple processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand business needs
• Curiosity about technology and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
