Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deal Advisory Senior Manager located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Deal Advisory Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing deal advisory engagements, providing strategic and financial advice, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms with clients. The role also includes managing relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing junior staff, and ensuring the successful delivery of engagements. The candidate will collaborate closely with partners and senior management to develop and implement business strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in deal advisory, financial due diligence, and negotiation
• Strong understanding of financial statements, analysis, and valuation methods
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience working with clients in various industries, including publicly listed and privately owned companies
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
