About The Role

Ready to take the reins in a dynamic role where leadership meets logistics? As the Operations Manager, you'll lead an exceptional team of HCP Program and Congress Housing & Registration Managers, ensuring we not only meet but exceed service levels and client expectations. Your knack for operational excellence and people management will be critical, making each day an exciting challenge in the fast-paced world of events. You Might Also Have

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably) and a wealth of experience in managing teams.
• At least five years of expertise in HCP meeting management and client account management.
• A good handle on budget management and working with outside vendors.
• Knowledge of Congress Housing Bureaus and the pharmaceutical industry (at least two years' previous experience).
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Cvent to keep things running smoothly.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of HCP COE & Congress Operations Manager is between $75,000 - $94,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
