Head of Marketing

A leading fintech company based in Herzliya Pituach is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing strategy - from defining business goals to hands-on implementation.
The role includes managing the marketing team, overseeing budgets and performance, and driving significant brand and sales impact.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
*Lead and mentor the marketing team across digital, creative, content, communications, and events.
*Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
*Analyze performance and continuously improve key metrics (ROI, CPL, CAC, conversion rates).
*Oversee digital marketing activities across all major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn).
*Supervise brand, PR, employer branding, and internal communications.
*Collaborate with Sales, Product, and HR teams to ensure consistent messaging and shared goals.
*Lead product launches, international campaigns, and cross-company initiatives.
*Identify market trends, new technologies, and innovative marketing opportunities.

Manages:
Digital, Content, Media, and Design teams

Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing leadership, including international campaigns.
*Proven experience managing marketing teams and significant budgets.
*Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of data-driven marketing.
*Background in Fintech / Gaming / Performance Marketing - strong advantage.
*Excellent English (additional languages – advantage).
*Strategic thinker with strong leadership and execution skills.
