We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for ARS.

ARS specializes in custom-made mechanical parts and smart manufacturing solutions, and also develops STEM-based educational products and toys that inspire innovation and creativity.

In this role, you will drive brand awareness, manage digital campaigns, create impactful content, and support sales growth across both industrial and consumer markets.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, data-driven, and enjoys working across different industries.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of ARS’s marketing efforts — shaping its online identity, promoting its products and innovations, and helping drive strategic growth across all business segments.

🔹 Develop and execute marketing strategies for ARS’s industrial and educational divisions

🔹 Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital campaigns

🔹 Create engaging marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content

🔹 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

🔹 Optimize SEO and paid advertising campaigns for visibility and performance

🔹 Track and analyze marketing performance to guide improvements

🔹 Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business goals

✔ Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)

✔ Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management

✔ Strong content creation and storytelling abilities

✔ Experience managing social media, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns

✔ Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and automation platforms

✔ Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions

✔ Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented personality

✔ Experience in B2B or educational/STEM product marketing is an advantage
