Health Data Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Health Data Research Scientist to join our dynamic Real-World Evidence (RWE) team and lead a high-profile, large-scale project. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a multinational RWE platform and collaborate with leading global partners in Pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and structuring of a project-specific data model and database tailored to

support complex RWE queries and research questions.

• Apply advanced epidemiological and statistical techniques, including causal inference methods.

• Develop and execute complex database queries to efficiently extract, manipulate, and analyze

data.

• Collaborate with internal & external international stakeholders including clinicians, data scientists,

and AI developers to define research questions, interpret results, and translate findings into

actionable insights.

• Prepare high-quality scientific reports, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications to

disseminate research findings to internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure data quality through rigorous validation, cleaning, and harmonization processes.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree (Master’s or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics,

Bioinformatics or a related field, with a strong emphasis on quantitative research methods.

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL is required, along with strong skills in a statistical programming

language such as Python (including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R.

• At least 2 years of experience working with large, complex healthcare datasets. Strong written

and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and

concisely to diverse audiences.

• Solid understanding of healthcare systems, data sources, and regulatory landscapes.
