About the Opportunity

🎯 We are looking for an Operation Specialist to join our growing team!

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment. If you love working independently, leading tasks, and ensuring the seamless operation of a vibrant workspace — we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

🧹 Lead and oversee cleaning operations, including managing cleaning staff and quality control.

🔧 Manage maintenance tasks, supervise the in-house handyman, and coordinate repairs.

📞 Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.

🛒 Handle procurement and manage inventory needs for the space.

🏗️ Manage in-house operational projects.

🙋 Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues raised by clients.

🏢 Manage operational needs for floor tenants (private office rentals).
