Junior Digital Asset Manager – Retail Brand

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Asset Manager to join the eCommerce team of a leading retail fashion brand.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who’s passionate about aesthetics, digital operations, and creating a seamless online shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and update the brand’s eCommerce website, ensuring a fresh and accurate online catalog.
• Upload and maintain new products, promotions, and collections.
• Update banners, category pages, and site content to reflect marketing initiatives.
• Set up and manage discounts, coupon codes, and tagging for promotional campaigns.
• Ensure accurate and visually appealing product presentation (digital merchandising).
• Conduct regular QA and performance checks to maintain a flawless user experience.
• Generate daily performance reports (traffic, conversions, category insights, campaign results).
• Support marketing activities such as email and SMS campaigns — segmentation, setup, testing, and tracking results.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce operations or a similar digital role.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (experience with Magento is a strong plus).
• Background in retail or fashion is an advantage.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a commercial orientation.
• Responsible, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Genuine interest in fashion, digital commerce, and customer experience.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving retail environment.
