🧭 The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Offline & Brand Marketing Manager to join our Performance Team - the team responsible for driving high-quality leads, building brand awareness, and supporting company growth across all markets.
This role combines strategic planning, creative execution, and analytical thinking to scale our offline marketing presence and strengthen our brand visibility across the U.S.
✅ What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute strategic offline marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including TV (linear and CTV/OTT), radio, billboards, direct mail, and PPL (paid programming).
- Manage partnerships with agencies, vendors, and media platforms such as broadcasters, OTT/CTV services, and Radio.
- Develop and implement creative messaging strategies tailored to each channel, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with performance objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and data teams to integrate offline efforts with the broader performance marketing ecosystem.
- Explore niche and local marketing opportunities, including sponsorships, events, and community activations to reach motivated seller audiences effectively.
- Take part in the company’s brand presence initiatives — supporting web and social presence, and ensuring alignment between offline storytelling and digital brand experience.
🧠 The Right Person:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with strong expertise in offline media planning, buying, and execution.
- Proven experience managing TV, radio, OOH, and event campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes.
- Excellent project management and vendor relationship skills.
- Creative thinker who can connect offline impact with performance KPIs.
- Experience in real estate, consumer, or performance-driven industries - an advantage.
- Native-level English, both written and spoken.
🕒 Working Days & Hours
Sunday–Thursday | Hybrid Setup
- Sunday–Monday: Mornings from the office- Hamelacha 3 Floor 4 (Victoria Building) - Tel Aviv
- Wednesday: 14:00–22:00 (from the office)
- Tuesday, Thursday : From Home- flexible hours
