Field Service Engineer

A leading medical device company in Yokneam, Israel is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join its technical team. The role involves visiting multiple locations across Israel, managing customer support, and handling the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and upgrades of medical devices according to assigned work orders.
• Handle customer technical inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Manage schedule to ensure timely technical support and service coverage.
• Complete clear and accurate documentation of all field and remote support activities.
• Process returns (RMA) and manage allocated inventory.
• Participate in required trainings and testing for supported products and processes.
• Represent customer needs internally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and company policies.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• OR Associate degree with 2 years of experience in hospital biomedical work or medical device field service
• At least 2 years of hospital or field service experience
• Experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with service management systems – advantage.
• Familiarity with standard test equipment (digital multimeter).
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel frequently across Israel; proximity to major airports preferred.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
