Sourcer

One of the best Cyber security companies is looking for a Sourcer!

Temp position for 1 year with option for extinctions based on business

needs.

Located in Tel Aviv, hybrid.

In this role, you’ll report to a Recruiting Manager, where you’ll have the opportunity to network, brainstorm, and share new ideas with other Sourcers and Researchers in various markets around the world.

Your Impact:

*Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to effectively gather specific criteria for each role, develop in-depth sourcing strategies, leverage multiple resources for candidate outreach, and share information with the business that leads to an effective hiring process

*Identify passive leads from a variety of creative sourcing methods, tap into industry and diversity-driven events and conferences

*Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to support your requisition load

*Craft engaging and creative outreach messages, and leverage unique ways to engage candidates outside of standard practices

*Track response rates and test new sourcing/engagement methods regularly

*Screen and qualify passive candidates; partner with Recruiting and the business to determine appropriate fit

*Utilize the CRM and other tools to track metrics to demonstrate successful lead generation

Your Experience:

*Minimum 2-3 years of sourcing/recruiting experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

*Previous experience sourcing for technical roles in engineering, computer software, networking/network security, and/or firewalls preferred

*Experience building and developing pipelines of high quality, diverse candidates

*English- High Level!

*Strong research skills and a keen eye for details

*Experience using resources including, but not limited to, resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, Google searches and more.

*Previous experience conducting phone screens with candidates of various backgrounds/levels

*Proven ability to successfully prioritize and manage a large and diverse requisition load in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment

*Experience with Excel or Google Sheets - advanced to expert knowledge preferred
