Position Overview:

We are looking for someone exceptional to lead the manufacturing of our FDA-approved brain implant while driving transformation to increase production capacity by at least 3-10x, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end production of a medical implant

• Lead scale-up from initial batches to commercial scaled up volumes

• Implement automation and Lean Manufacturing principles

• Ensure FDA/ISO 13485 compliance

• Build and manage production team for high-volume manufacturing

Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Industrial/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering

Experience:

• 5-7 years production management, preferably medical devices

• Required background from: Process driven manufacturing as medical devices, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical industry, Food industry, Electronics manufacturing, or similar.

• Proven scale-up experience

• FDA-regulated manufacturing environment - significant advantage

• Cleanroom and sterile manufacturing knowledge

Technical Skills:

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Process Optimization

• Bottleneck Analysis, Value Stream Mapping

• Statistical Process Control, Capacity Planning

• MES/ERP systems proficiency
