Flight Control Engineer

We're looking for a Flight Control Engineer to join our Engineering & Development Center in the Aviation Division

This is a hands-on role involving the design, analysis, and validation of advanced flight control systems.

The Position includes:

• Define requirements and write specifications for flight control systems
• Perform preliminary design of flight control systems
• Conduct analyses and system justifications
• Define software coding requirements
• Support software testing, system integration, and ground/flight testing activities
• Prepare technical reports and system justification documents

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering – required
• Background in classical control theory, guidance and control systems, flight dynamics, and flight mechanics – required
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink – an advantage
• Familiarity with C programming – an advantage
• Knowledge in optimal control – an advantage
• Experience in control-related student projects – an advantage
