Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience as an analyst or analytical consultant.
- Experience working with data to identify trends and make recommendations in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with performance marketing.
- Experience in capital markets investment and trading.
- Track record of high productivity and meeting business objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in Google, and with external stakeholders including clients and partners.
- Ability to be flexible and accustomed to situations and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment with comfortable working as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.

As a Analytical Consultant, you will involve analyzing Google and external data to develop insights-driven, actionable, and high-impact business recommendations that align with client strategic objectives, which are founded on a understanding and analysis of Google, the client, and third-party market data. You will develop smart, integrated, and research-based marketing collateral and presentations. You must acquire and share knowledge of the advertising industry, its landscape, client products, and key business tests that affect the client and industry. You will utilize measurement tools to add relevant, trustworthy data to presentations and proposals while managing the delivery of core strategic planning processes, such as annual planning and global business updates.

- Develop integrated, research-based presentations and proposals utilizing advanced measurement tools to back strategic narratives with trustworthy data.
- Lead core strategic planning processes, including annual planning and global business updates, specifically for high-growth global Fintech partners.
- Leverage an understanding of the advertising landscape, consumer trends, and Google solutions to create innovative strategies that solve complex business tests.
