We are seeking a motivated, intelligent, data-oriented Controller with Big-4 experience (Venture capital auditor – Advantage) to join our Finance team. This role is an amazing opportunity to connect with some of the best Israeli startups and to build a relationship with influential investors.

Requirements:

As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

*Preparation and execution of the fund's quarterly financial reports and preparing the audited financials and tax returns with the fund’s auditor

*Working independently with investment management software (CARTA) to update investment transactions

*Support in the preparation of quarterly meeting presentations

*Valuation process for our portfolio companies

*Data collection from portfolio companies and creation of reports based on that

*Fund compliance (Cayman and the US)

*AML and KYC processes for our investors

*Own the annual and periodical regulatory requirements with regulatory bodies in the US and Cayman

To succeed in this role, you should have:

*CPA with a strong connection to accounting work and the challenge it includes

*Big-4 internship with 1-2 years of post internship work. Venture capital experience – advantage.
