Yanolja Go Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Enterprise Security Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Security technologies to join our Global Security team.

In this role, you will play a central part in securing our enterprise environment, protecting systems, endpoints, and users across the organisation. You will work hands-on with Microsoft 365 security tools, lead investigations of security incidents, support compliance initiatives, and help strengthen our overall security posture at scale.

This position is ideal for a security professional who already has experience in production environments and is looking to deepen their impact in enterprise security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security audits and risk assessments across enterprise systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement, manage, and optimise security controls across endpoints, identities, and SaaS applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Security solutions.
• Triage, investigate, and escalate security alerts from platforms such as EDR, identity protection, and email security systems.
• Analyse phishing attempts, investigate suspicious activities, and lead response to user-reported security incidents.
• Support internal and external compliance initiatives by preparing documentation, gathering evidence, and participating in audits.
• Partner closely with IT, engineering, and business teams to ensure secure configurations, access governance, and SaaS security best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of internal security tools, processes, and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise security, security operations, or IT security roles.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, preferably Windows, including services, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience working with SaaS and cloud-based enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 security tools, including Defender, Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange security features.
• Solid understanding of core security concepts such as threat detection, phishing, incident response, and access control.
• Experience working with EDR, identity protection, or email security platforms in production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Deep knowledge of Windows systems, including registry, processes, and event logs.
• Basic experience with scripting or automation to support security operations.
• Exposure to malware analysis, incident response, or threat hunting activities.
• Experience enforcing endpoint, identity, or SaaS security policies via Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as SC-900, SC-200, AZ-900, or MS-102 are an advantage.
• A strong mindset of continuous learning and staying up to date with evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies.
