We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Mobile User Acquisition Manager to lead our user growth efforts and have a direct impact on the company’s success.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing data-driven acquisition campaigns to attract high-value users to our platform.
You will work closely with a dynamic team of creatives, product managers, and data experts, driving innovative strategies to meet ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across leading platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, DSPs, Moloco, AppLovin, Unity, and more
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve user growth KPIs
Conduct extensive A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and user funnels to continuously improve performance
Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce compelling, audience-tailored ad content
Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-efficient user acquisition
Use mobile analytics tools to generate insights, reports, and actionable recommendations
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a key role in driving innovation within the digital entertainment space
Requirements
At least 4 years of proven experience in mobile user acquisition
Strong preference for experience in entertainment, gaming, or Play-to-Earn (P2E) applications
Demonstrated success in driving scalable, measurable user acquisition campaigns
Deep understanding of mobile advertising challenges and opportunities
Hands-on expertise with mobile advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DSPs, Moloco, AppLovin, and Unity — mandatory
Proven experience working with mobile analytics and attribution tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, and Firebase
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Creative mindset with a sharp eye for identifying effective advertising strategies
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field — an advantage
