About the Company
Our client is a large international logistics company, established for over 40 years, with a presence in Israel, Europe, the USA and APAC. The company has a centrally managed IT environment to support its logistics activities and ensure continuity of service to its global customer base.
About the Role
In this role you will provide comprehensive on-site and remote IT support to 1000+ users, in Israel and in global teams. You will be the primary contact for service requests and incidents, troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating cases when needed in coordination with wider IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and guided questioning.
- Determine and apply the best solutions based on issue details provided by users.
- Walk users through problem-solving steps and help ensure issues are resolved.
- Escalate issues to other IT personnel when necessary.
- Provide information on IT products and services used by the company.
- Record events, incidents, and resolutions in helpdesk logs.
- Follow up on open tickets and update user status and information.
- Pass user feedback or recurring issues to relevant IT teams.
- Support internal IT projects, assisting with testing and end-user training as requested.
- Configure and set up computers and devices for new employees.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles for a large user base (500+ users)
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 workstations (including hardware diagnostics).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Experience working with Active Directory for user-related tasks (such as account and access support).
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hebrew.
- Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networks.
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Service-oriented mindset and ability to manage tasks in a structured way
- Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional is an advantage.
