The organization is responsible for designing, building, and operating highly scalable backend platforms, supporting rapid business growth, high availability, and strict production standards.

This role offers an opportunity to take part in the development of advanced backend systems, work on end-to-end features, and contribute to architectural decisions in a modern, cloud-native environment.

What Will You Do:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services for large-scale production systems
Implement new features and perform bug fixes, from concept through production
Take part in architectural design and technical decision-making
Develop and deploy microservices in a distributed environment
Build and maintain event-driven systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, and DevOps
Ensure high engineering quality through clean code, reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
Support scalability, performance, reliability, and system stability
Work in an Agile / Scrum development environment

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Backend development using Java with Spring Boot
Proven experience designing and implementing REST APIs
Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server and MongoDB – mandatory)
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with event-driven development (Kafka – mandatory)
Experience working with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High sense of responsibility, motivation, and willingness to take on complex challenges
