Algorithm Team Lead

We develop some of the world’s most advanced electro-optical systems, from space-based sensors and long-range surveillance to real-time defense solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on Algorithm Team Lead who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, and knows how to turn cutting-edge AI into robust, real-time products running on edge hardware.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of computer vision and AI engineers (hands-on).
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Computer Vision, ML, and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Drive end-to-end solutions: from research and PoCs to real-time operational systems.
• Define the technical roadmap for AI and Computer Vision.
• Work closely with software, hardware, and product teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision with strong focus on Deep Learning / Machine Learning.
• Proven experience designing AI-based systems and architectures.
• 5+ years of experience leading algorithm or R&D teams.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow.
• Ability to work under real-time, performance, and hardware constraints.

Nice to have:

• Experience with real-time / edge / embedded systems.
• Background in deploying AI models to production.
• Experience in complex or mission-critical systems
