Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Back Office and Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operational flow, from order entry to final delivery. You will work closely with multiple departments, including sales, engineering, and logistics, to monitor supply chains and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team to facilitate efficient workflows.
Order Management: Operate and enter customer orders accurately into the system.
Supply Chain Monitoring: Oversee purchasing processes and ensure timely supplies to customers.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with the Engineering and TAPI (Production Planning) departments to promote and manage priorities.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare inventory reports, produce performance metrics, and monitor ongoing operational results.

Requirements

Professional Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience in an industrial company is a significant advantage.
Education: Background as an Industrial and Management Engineer is considered an advantage.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of the Oracle ERP system is an advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain and operational logistics processes, including purchasing, planning, engineering, deliveries, and warehouse management.
Languages: High proficiency in English.

Core Competencies: Strong self-learning ability and the capacity to manage tasks independently.
