Junior Treasurer / Treasury Assistant

A global financial company in the payments industry is looking for a Junior Treasurer / Treasury Assistant to join its Finance team in a central, hands-on role.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a global environment and gain exposure to treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking activities in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily treasury and cash operations
• Monitoring, controlling, and updating cash flows
• Executing payments, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations
• Ongoing work with local and international banks (accounts, credit facilities, operational needs)
• Preparing cash flow and operational financial reports
• Working closely with Accounting and cross-functional teams globally
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a financial operational role / treasury / finance department
• Proven experience working with banks – mandatory
• Experience in cash flow monitoring and control
• Strong Excel and Office skills
• Familiarity with accounting processes – an advantage
• High-level English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory
• Highly organized, accurate, responsible, and discreet
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-interface, global environment
