Role Overview

The Senior Cora Implementor leads the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade business process applications

using the Cora intelligent business process management suite (iBPMS).

This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders

to translate complex operational needs into scalable, automated, and data-driven workflow solutions, ensuring performance, resilience, governance, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Ownership

• Lead end-to-end solution design across workflow, integrations, security, and data models.
• Define implementation standards, best practices, and reusable components.
• Assess business requirements and translate them into technical architectures and delivery plans.

Advanced Application Development

• Design complex workflows, dynamic forms, rules engines, and orchestration logic.
• Implement role-based access, auditability, and automation across processes.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.

Integrations & Ecosystem Management

• Architect integration strategies across REST/SOAP, queues, events, and middleware.
• Work with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DWH, Identity, RPA, etc.) to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience implementing ERP or CRM systems in enterprise environments (end-to-end delivery, configuration, integrations, training/support as needed).
• 5+ years in enterprise implementation / digital transformation / process automation roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations (customers, internal teams, vendors).

Process & Solution Design

• Proven ability to translate business requirements and processes into scalable solution design.
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, rule-based logic, exception handling, approvals, and auditability.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and propose better solutions (process optimization, simplification, standardization).

Technical Skills (Strong Advantage, adjust per role seniority)

• Strong proficiency in one or more of:
• .NET / C#
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• T-SQL and relational database design
• Advanced experience designing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with event-based architecture, queues, and microservices (advantage).

Delivery & Engineering Practices

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, environments, release management) is a strong advantage.

Cloud & Security (Preferred)

• Cloud experience, preferably Azure (Functions, APIM, Service Bus, App Services, Key Vault, Monitoring) or equivalent cloud services.
• Exposure to security models: SSO, OAuth2, SAML, RBAC.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and client-facing leadership.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and manage ambiguity.
