Chief Technology Officer

I’m hiring for an established cybersecurity company a hands-on, customer-facing CTO in a foundational role.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the senior technical authority and main technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
• Translate complex customer problems into clearly defined vulnerability research projects.
• Lead technical POCs and ideation with customers.
• Bridge customers and researchers, ensuring clear scope, realistic expectations, and high-quality research delivery.
• Own technical decision-making across customer engagements and research execution.

What we’re looking for

• Proven, hands-on vulnerability research experience – mandatory.
• Senior-level background (Senior Researcher / CTO / VP R&D).
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical role.
• Deep understanding of vulnerability classes, exploitation concepts, and modern research methodologies.
• Strong ability to define research scope and drive complex technical work end-to-end.

This role is intended for a senior vulnerability researcher who wants full technical ownership in a CTO-level position, with real customer impact and influence over research direction.
