I’m hiring for an established cybersecurity company a hands-on, customer-facing CTO in a foundational role.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the senior technical authority and main technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
- Translate complex customer problems into clearly defined vulnerability research projects.
- Lead technical POCs and ideation with customers.
- Bridge customers and researchers, ensuring clear scope, realistic expectations, and high-quality research delivery.
- Own technical decision-making across customer engagements and research execution.
What we’re looking for
- Proven, hands-on vulnerability research experience – mandatory.
- Senior-level background (Senior Researcher / CTO / VP R&D).
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical role.
- Deep understanding of vulnerability classes, exploitation concepts, and modern research methodologies.
- Strong ability to define research scope and drive complex technical work end-to-end.
This role is intended for a senior vulnerability researcher who wants full technical ownership in a CTO-level position, with real customer impact and influence over research direction.
